The past year of uncertainty due to Covid-19 has caused increased levels of worry and anxiety for many of us. Navigating social isolation, new restrictions and disrupted norms has been difficult. Life may not be everything you want it to be right now. That doesn't mean that it cannot get better. Don't be afraid to reach out for help. If you feel alone, overwhelmed or in crisis please reach out to talk.
My aim in Supportive Counselling is to develop a trusted relationship where you can feel deeply understood and supported. Supportive counselling provides a safe place to talk and rediscover your strength during difficult and challenging times. You will be given the chance to be heard without judgement by someone outside of your situation. Together we will identify coping skills to help better manage stress and improve relationships. Allow me to be a coach who can guide and support you as you learn to recognize problems and create healthy solutions.
"Having Grace here for counselling for myself and my children has given me new strategies for parenting, decision making and past hurts. I have felt more supported in the last year and a half than I ever did before." Sarah - A Client
